All funds awarded by HUTC are processed through our Bridge the Gap Grant Application program. Grants are available to qualified 501(c) (3) organizations. Grant applications will be accepted by EMAIL only.
GRANT CYCLE TIMELINE
March 1 - April 15 Accepting Grant Applications.
April 16 - May 15 Reviewing Applications.
May 16 - June 1 Interview
June Announce Grant Awards
Interested organizations should fill out the application and Project Funding Report forms below. Progress reports and updates will be required of organizations receiving grant funds.
