All funds awarded by HUTC are processed through our Bridge the Gap Grant Application program. Grants are available to qualified 501(c) (3) organizations. Grant applications will be accepted by EMAIL only.

March 1 - May 30 Accepting Grant Applications
June 1 - July 15 Reviewing Applications
July 16 - August 30 Interview
SEPTEMBER Announce Grant Awards
OCTOBER Deliver Checks
Interested organizations should fill out the application and Project Funding Report forms below. Progress reports and updates will be required of organizations receiving grant funds.
